Welcome to Spicy Mango Studios. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

1. Our products

Spicy Mango Studios sells digital products, including seamless patterns, digital artwork, and related files. All products are delivered digitally as downloadable files. No physical item is shipped.

2. License and permitted use

When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a license to use the digital file, not the copyright to the artwork itself. Spicy Mango Studios retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in its designs.

Standard (personal use) license. Unless a commercial license is purchased, products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial license. Where a commercial license is offered and purchased, you may use the design in the creation and sale of finished physical products, subject to the terms shown on the applicable product or license listing.

In all cases, you may not:

Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the digital file itself, whether modified or unmodified
Offer the file as a free or paid download elsewhere
Claim the artwork or design as your own original creation
Use the designs for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes

3. Digital delivery and refunds

Products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and for how we help if a file is defective or you received the wrong file.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Spicy Mango Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spicy Mango Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Spicy Mango Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
