Digital products are final sale

All products sold by Spicy Mango Studios are digital downloads. Because our files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that you will receive immediate access to it.

We're here if something goes wrong

While we don't offer refunds, we absolutely want you to receive a working file. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we'll make it right:

• The file won't download or appears corrupted
• You received the wrong file
• You're having trouble accessing your download link

Email us at hello@spicymangostudios.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll help you get the correct, working file as quickly as possible.

Chargebacks

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we ask that you contact us first with any concern before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

EU / UK customers – right of withdrawal

If you are located in the EU or UK, digital content is normally subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing and downloading a digital product from us, you request immediate delivery and expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
