Licensing & Policies

✿ Commercial Use — Included ✿

Every Spicy Mango Studios pattern includes commercial use at no extra cost — no separate license to buy. When you purchase a design, you're free to create and sell finished products made with it.

You may:

  • ✓ Create and sell finished products featuring the design — fabric, apparel, baby items, bows, accessories, home goods, scrapbook & craft paper, stationery, packaging, and more
  • ✓ Use it in unlimited products, non-exclusively
  • ✓ Print it yourself or through a print service (e.g. Spoonflower) for your own production

Please don't:

  • ✗ Resell, share, or redistribute the design as a file — as a seamless pattern, digital paper, or clip art (this includes digital product packs)
  • ✗ Extract individual elements and list them on stock sites such as Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, or Creative Market
  • ✗ Upload or sell the design on Spoonflower, or on print-on-demand platforms like Zazzle, Society6, or Redbubble, where the design itself is the item for sale (printing fabric for your own products is perfectly fine)
  • ✗ Alter the artwork and redistribute it, or claim it as your own

The simple rule: sell products made with the design — just don't sell the design itself.

Custom Colors & Exclusive Designs

  • Non-exclusive color customization is FREE. Want one of our patterns in your colors? Just reach out with the pattern and palette you'd like. Please note these recolors are non-exclusive (the colorway may be offered to others or added to the shop).
  • Exclusive colorways are available for a custom fee — for a look made just for you and sold to no one else, contact us for a quote.
  • Custom & commissioned work is welcome — reach out to discuss. Commissioned artwork won't be repurposed or resold in different color variants.
  • Revision services are available if you'd like a design adjusted — just ask.

Files & Delivery

  • All items are instant digital downloads — no physical product is shipped.
  • Files are 300 DPI, RGB, flattened PNG, supplied as a seamless repeating tile, ready for continuous fabric printing, quilting, wallpaper, and more.
  • Need a different size or format? Contact us and we'll be glad to help.

Sharing, Transfers & Copyright

  • Your purchase applies only to you and/or your business and is non-transferable — please don't share the files with others.
  • Your purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use the design. Copyright is retained by Spicy Mango Studios.

Returns

  • Because all products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final — we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.
  • But if anything's wrong — a download issue, a corrupt file, or it's just not what you expected — reach out and we'll make it right. We respond quickly and want you to be happy with your purchase.
